Online Appraisal Form

Appraisals are written by Mick and Kelly Flynn. Our fee options are:

Market Value only sent via email: $10. No documentation. Not valid for insurance purposes. This is useful if you are curious on the current value or wish to have a starting price for sale.
Full Appraisal: $39. This is for insurance replacement value. Protect your investment with a signed hard copy appraisal on our letterhead suitable for insurance purposes.
Combo Appraisal: $48. Get both of the above and save! We'll send you a signed hard copy appraisal on our letterhead suitable for insurance purposes plus a handwritten note of current market value on our letterhead.

*Fees are per instrument payable by credit card or Pay Pal.
**Mailing address is required so that we may send you the hard copy of your appraisal.

You may also submit via USPS. Simply download the Appraisal Form PDF file, fill it out and mail along with a check for $50 to:

How to submit:

1. Please fill out the online appraisal form. NOTE: fields with red star * are required.

2. A clear photo of the front and back is required. You may also submit 3 more optional photos as well. NOTE: individual picture file size should not exceed two megabytes.

3. In the Guitar Description field please include serial number and any other numbers, including the are where these numbers are found.

4. Include descriptions of any modifications, damage and repairs not visible in the photos.

5. Include a list of any repairs that need to be done to the instrument.

6. After clicking Submit you will automatically be brought to the payment page. Payments are made through PayPal however can either be from your PayPal account or credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
